We work with some of California's best designers, cinematographers, programmers, animators and creative minds because we all love to create. We are whole-heartedly devoted to nurturing every project for our clients. Our corporate, agency and TV/Film backgrounds, combined with our artist sensibilities and social media prowess give us a unique insight on how to develop brands to visually communicate with their audiences.


Greta Valenti


Her professional creative marketing career started at age 21, while working as a temp at Taco Bell HQ when then CMO, Greg Creed (now CEO of Yum! Brands), spotted her natural creative abilities and asked her join the marketing team’s think tank. As part of that team, she helped develop nationally recognized PR and marketing strategies such as the World Series Target in Left Field for Free Tacos. As an Art Director, won a W3 Award for her work on the brand's 50th Anniversary campaign.

In 2007, Greta started Grow Vision and became Taco Bell’s go-to Video Production Company, producing nearly all of Taco Bell’s social media content. Later, took a position at an ad agency, producing award-winning video and design work for clients such as Toyota, Irvine Company, Monster Energy, and Ninebot | Segway

In 2013, she was asked by Daryl Hall (Hall & Oates) to Produce his TV show “Live From Daryl’s House”; facilitating the transition of the syndicated TV/web show into a Full HD Surround series for Viacom/MTV Live. Today, as a Director, Producer and Creative Director for Grow Vision, her work spans from award-winning creative campaigns to visually-driven engaging "viral" media.


Robin Davey


Establishing himself as an early adopter of digital video creation, Robin was discovered by Academy Award Winning Director, Kevin McDonald when he and his brother won first place in UK’s British Telecom Short Film Competition. The film made it into the hands of Dave Stewart (The Eurythmics) who signed the brothers to a development deal. From there, he crafted music videos for major labels including Interscope, Warner Brothers and Atlantic.

His debut documentary feature, The Canary Effect, garnered critical acclaim, as well as the “Stanley Kubrick Award for Bold and Innovative Filmmaking” presented to him by Michael Moore at the Traverse City Film Festival.

In 2008, moving to the commercial creative world, he began Directing for Grow Vision. His work Directing and Editing a documentary, about Taco Bell founder Glen Bell, for Taco Bell’s 50 Anniversary earned him a W3 Award. In 2013, after seeing some of his work online, he was asked by Daryl Hall (Hall & Oates) to become the Director of “Live From Daryl’s House”, transforming the show’s look, from a reality show to a beautifully shot mainstay on MTV Live. 


Tanisha Chea


She’s a little bit Northeast Hustle meets SoCal Cool + Atlanta Hospitality and London Style accentuated by the Tampa Entrepreneurial Spirit, all wrapped up into one. Tanisha has been a cultural anthropologist for 11+ years working with top brands to bring their lifestyles to life. She has a passion for Innovation and loves learning everything she can about a brand to curate the right collection of insights into something BIG! 

After graduating with her MBA from Clark Atlanta University, competing as Miss Connecticut in the Miss America pageant and being named to the Top 30 Under 30 by Ebony Magazine, Tanisha spent the majority of her career working for YUM! Brands for nearly 10 years on Taco Bell & KFC, both domestically and internationally. She has spearheaded some of the most high profile launches for the global company, partnered with brands like Sony®, MTV®, PepsiCo® and the NBA, lead White Space Development by starting the Taco Bell Think Tank and even started a restaurant, U.S. Taco Co! Most recently, Tanisha was the CMO of Carrabba’s Italian Grill and has created a baby clothing brand inspired by her own twin boys, called Tala Baby®. 

Tanisha leads our Brand Marketing arm and works with clients on the entire Go-To-Market process from Ideation to Commercialization, to Building the Brand and finally, the Launch! In her free time, Tanisha can be found volunteering as the Vice Chair of the Miss America State Titleholders Association, consuming too much La Croix and wearing her twin boys while walking her dog with her husband.


Sarah Vargas


California native and valley girl, Sarah Vargas was inspired at a young age by the ad drenched hills of Los Angeles to go into Graphic Design. Everything from billboards to concert posters, and visits to the Getty have helped to inform Sarah’s aesthetic and pursuit of commercial arts. Her educational career began in the Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts program of Cal Arts, and was later completed at the California State University of Fullerton.

Since graduation Sarah has worked as an in-house designer and freelancer for companies such as California Pizza Kitchen, Warner Brothers, TP-Link and PepsiCo. Her focus on human centric design leads to custom imagery and an intuitive experience for each individual client. Sarah is constantly pushing herself to be a better designer and seeking out new courses of study and software. She recently finished up a boot-camp with the School of Motion where she trained with industry professionals in Story-Boarding and Motion Graphics. Her specialties include Brand and Visual Identity, Web Design, UI/UX and Motion Graphics. 

Along with her dedication to design, Sarah has a passion for painting and illustration, scouring the web for new music, drinking all the coffee and cooking. In her free time Sarah can be found curating local art shows, helping out with the LGBT community and trying all the latest restaurants from LA to OC.
